Michelle Alfonso has a B.A. in Chemistry, a Master's in Public Health, a Master's in Medical Sciences, and a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences.  After using her research and analytical skills in academia, Michelle joined the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).  While working as a Special Agent for the FBI, Michelle investigated criminal violations and later, national security violations as part of a Joint Terrorism Task Force.  Through the FBI, Michelle received several certifications including Special Events Security Management and Criminal Enterprise Investigations. She is now the President of Baldwin Investigative Group. 
 
Alan Ducote graduated from Louisiana State University in 1972 with a B.S. in Accounting. For two and a half years, Alan worked with a public accounting firm conducting audits and tax preparations.  Alan then joined the FBI as a Speical Agent and investigated all aspects of criminal violations including white-collar crime, organized crime, and drug trafficking.  Alan served the FBI for over 32 years before retiring and joining the Baldwin Investigative Group.
